Author sovereignty, third-party media hosting, promotional talent spotlighting, and forensic watermarking.
TALENT & AUTHOR OWNERSHIP: Users retain 100% of their intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, and moral rights in all original screenplays, pitch bibles, treatments, headshots, showreels, self-tapes, and audition submissions uploaded to AUDITIONY.
TECHNICAL PROCESSING & THIRD-PARTY MEDIA HOSTING: By submitting content, you grant AUDITIONY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transcode, store, and display your media strictly in accordance with your privacy settings. You acknowledge that certain video streams and media assets may be processed or hosted via authorized enterprise cloud services and third-party media infrastructure (including YouTube API Services and secure cloud storage) subject to their respective terms and data policies.
PUBLIC FEED SPOTLIGHT & PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS: For content, videos, and showreels that you voluntarily publish as 'Public' in the open platform feed or public profile portfolio, you grant AUDITIONY an additional non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature, excerpt, or cross-post such public media across AUDITIONY's official social media channels (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) solely for the purpose of talent discovery and community spotlighting, subject to mandatory attribution to your creator profile. This promotional license expressly excludes unlisted materials, direct audition submissions, private self-tapes, confidential deal memos, and screenplays registered under Script Guardian™.
SCREENPLAY GUARDIAN™ & FORENSIC WATERMARKING: Full screenplay drafts uploaded to the Script Vault are locked by default. Full read access is contingent upon explicit author approval. When granted, AUDITIONY applies dynamic cryptographic watermarking stamping the reader’s full name, production organization, IP address, exact UTC timestamp, and unique audit token across all pages.
WARRANTY OF ORIGINALITY: You warrant and represent that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, releases, and permissions for any materials you submit, and that your submissions do not infringe upon the copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, privacy rights, or contractual commitments of any third party.
